Where We Ship
To ensure your order is as fresh as possible, we use UPS ground service for all of our deliveries. Our maximum time in transit is 2 business days.
Shipping Information
We take pride in crafting gourmet food that gathers generations around the table. We carefully pack each shipment by hand to ensure freshness and accuracy so your Pierogies arrive in excellent condition. All of our Pierogies are shipped frozen and packed in a reusable foam cooler inside of a corrugated box with ice packs to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in order to avoid our Pierogies sitting on a shipping dock over the weekend. To ensure your order is as fresh as possible, we use UPS ground service for all of our deliveries. Our maximum time in transit is 2 business days.
We suggest shipping to an address where you know somebody will be available to receive your package upon delivery. UPS may leave orders at a destination in which no one is home. We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available. Please keep in mind our products are perishable and shouldn't be exposed to the elements for long, especially in warm weather conditions.
In order to allow us to prepare your order for shipment, we are unable to accept changes to orders once they are placed. All sales are final, subject to our Return Policy below.
Return Policy
Because our products are perishable, we are not able to accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at hello@pirerogiekitchen.com within three (3) days of receipt. We will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the Product in question, store credit, or a partial/full refund.
In the rare event of damage, please email us at hello@pierogiekitchen.com within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt with the Subject Line: Damaged Delivery, provide a description of the damage, and a photo(s) of the order in the state it was received.
We will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the Product in question, store credit, or a partial/full refund.
